Rediscovering Downtown KC bike tour

Downtown Kansas City, MO is constantly evolving! Come witness the ongoing changes and developments in its infrastructure which are mirroring the city’s dynamic growth.

During this 90-minute bike tour, Bailey Waters, Chief Mobility Officer of the City of Kansas City, Missouri will lead us through Downtown and show off the new multimodal travel systems the city has implemented. Throughout the tour there will be opportunities to stop, take a closer look and ask questions regarding each type of improvement. We’ll also hear about the future plans for Kansas City’s transit infrastructure. 

For this event, we suggest you bring your own bike and helmet. If you are interested in the event and don’t have a bike, we will work with BikeWalkKC to provide additional bikes. You can visually see the impact that Bailey has played a big role in multimodal transportation when driving throughout downtown Kansas City. Additionally Bailey spends time working passionately to make the streets safer for all users in Kansas City through Vision Zero work.
