Herding Tigers Workshop: Be the Leader Creative People Need

Drawing upon his research for his book Herding Tigers, as well as over a decade of interviews with some of the world's top leaders, Todd Henry will deliver an interactive workshop designed to help you better understand what highly creative people truly need from their leadership, and how to deliver it consistently.

In this workshop you'll go beyond the basics. You’ll walk away with a personalized action plan to help you implement what you learn into your day-to-day interactions with your team. This workshop is based on Todd’s book Herding Tigers: Be The Leader That Creative People Need.

The workshop will feature a deep-dive into topics such as:

  • Setting effective guide rails for your team
  • Why you should pivot from leading by presence to leading by principle
  • Eliminating “ghost rules,” unnecessary complexity, and other unhealthy team dynamics
  • Choosing the right idea and learning to engage in healthy conflict
  • Guiding the creative process so that you’re getting the best out of every team member
