Join KCDW for a panel discussion on inclusive play and playground design with Variety KC. Variety KC is a non-profit whose goal is to make Kansas City one of the most inclusive places to live by providing children with developmental disabilities opportunities for activity and play. Explore and learn about designing for the marginalized in our society and providing them with equal opportunity to play alongside their peers by seeing the KC Zoo Inclusive Playground.
As part of KCDW’s commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and equality, we are also providing a map of other inclusive playgrounds to go view and visit.
**Masks are strongly encouraged for this event.**
